SYDPIK Schemas Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026. Effective date: September 2, 2026.

Status: published final version. The address support@sydpik.com is used for privacy and support questions.

In brief

  • SYDPIK Schemas runs locally on Windows, does not require an account, and does not upload the library to SYDPIK servers.
  • The app has no advertising, analytics, telemetry, or automatic submission of user data.
  • Files, projects, and settings remain on the device until the user moves, exports, or sends them.

1. Who is responsible for the app

The publisher is Ihnatov Kostiantyn. The privacy and support contact is support@sydpik.com.

This policy covers the SYDPIK Schemas Windows desktop app. A precise postal address is not included here: the working email address is the practical contact.

2. What data is processed

Depending on the user’s actions, the app may process locally:

  • diagram content, names, text, connections, groups, and display settings;
  • files and folders the user selects or drags in, including names, locations, properties, copies, and previews;
  • data the user explicitly copies, pastes, imports, or exports;
  • local operation history and app settings;
  • a support draft until the user chooses to copy, save, or send it.

These materials may contain personal or confidential information. The app does not collect it separately from the user’s actions or send it automatically.

3. Why the data is used

Data is used only for requested features: creating and editing diagrams, navigation and search, file handling, import and export, previewing, saving settings, and restoring local data.

User content is not used for advertising, profiling, model training, or automated decision-making.

4. Where data is stored

Working data and settings are stored locally in locations controlled by the user or Windows. Exports, backups, and portable files are created only by the user’s action or by an external service the user has enabled.

The app protects its working database using Windows and app security measures, but this does not mean that every file, preview, export, or backup is encrypted. For sensitive material, use device encryption and trusted storage locations.

5. Network and external services

The app has no publisher cloud storage and does not synchronize the library with SYDPIK servers. Other apps or services receive data only after an explicit user action or from a folder the user has already placed under their synchronization or backup service.

Microsoft Store, Windows, and system components may process technical data under their own policies. This is not a transfer of library content to SYDPIK servers.

6. Support requests

The support area creates a local draft. Before sending, the user can review it, save it as a TXT file, or copy it to a chosen channel. The app does not send the request automatically or attach project files without a separate user action.

After the user sends it, the publisher and the selected channel provider may receive the request and technical information needed to respond and diagnose the issue. Do not send unnecessary personal data or project content.

7. User controls and rights

The user controls data on the device and can:

  1. view, change, and delete projects and files in the app or Windows;
  2. choose what to import, export, copy, or send;
  3. disable synchronization and backups in external services;
  4. delete local data and created copies using Windows;
  5. send a request about data submitted to support to support@sydpik.com.

Questions about data protection may also be addressed to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch/.

8. Children and changes to this policy

SYDPIK Schemas is not specifically directed at children, does not ask for age, and does not create child profiles. A parent or legal guardian should supervise material added to the device.

This policy is updated when access, purposes, storage, or data sharing changes. The current version is published on this page in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and German.
