Developer of the application

Ihnatov Kostiantyn

Individual publisher of Schemas by SYDPIK

Questions about the direction of the product, its functionality and its priorities can go to the developer directly — with no intermediaries and no waiting in a general queue. A proposal worth discussing before it is built is better sent here too.

If the proposal is easier to show point by point, the roadmap has a form: it lays the description out into fields and opens an email to this same address.

Postal address for official correspondence: Hauptstrasse 54, 8865 Bilten, Switzerland, canton of Glarus. This is the publisher’s home address, not a company office.

What to include in the message

The composer on the support page gathers all of this itself and prepares a ready email for support@sydpik.com — with no hidden sending of data. In the app, F1 opens it.

Open the message composer
  1. The steps that led to the problemWhat you opened, what you chose, which action you performed — in order. Three or four points are enough.
  2. What you expected and what you gotTwo sentences: what the result should have been, and how it differs from the actual one.
  3. The exact text of the error messageIf the app showed something, copy the wording in full rather than from memory.
  4. Where in the project it happenedThe root canvas and the depth of nesting. There is no need to attach the project itself.
  5. The version of the app and of WindowsBoth are in the app’s settings; without them the behaviour is harder to reproduce.
  6. A screenshot, if the problem is visibleA screenshot replaces a long description. Personal data is better removed from it.
